We are constantly bombarded with contradictory messages from even our own doctors, confused endocrinologists, nutritionists, pharmaceutical companies, snake-oil salesmen, and herbalists; all claiming that with a pill, a fruit, or as far-fetched as drinking your first urine daily, we will lose half of our weight in “30 days or less” or “…your money back!”. The happiest people are those who eat simple, plentiful, healthy, and un-processed foods.
